Issues requiring attention

The device is not compatible with Xbox 360/Xbox One/PS4/MAC OS operating systems. If the device cannot be used on Windows systems, please try to install the latest version of Microsoft Xbox 360 controller, which provides you with an exciting gaming experience, precise thumbsticks, pressure point triggers, and an 8-way directional pad. Keep you in control. Hold down any button you need to shoot quickly, press TURBO once, then you can shoot once without pressing repeatedly. Press the TURBO button to cancel.  If the product has any problems in use, please inform the seller in advance.

Problem Feedback and Solutions

If the device keeps disconnecting:

1. Check if the battery status is low.

2. Check if there is another wireless device around you;

3. Reconnect the USB receiver.

If you can't turn on the controller:

1. Check if you have put the upgrades side down;

2. Lift the metal piece of the battery slightly, and make the controller touch the battery well;

3. Charge the controller first if it is a rechargeable model.
