Exchange and return policy

Return and exchange policy (Dorra):

  (Dorra) provides a flexible exchange and return policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with the product, but there are some basic conditions that must be adhered to if the product is returned:


 The returned product must be in good condition (not broken or damaged) and still in its original packaging.


 The return request must be submitted within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt.


 (Dorra) bears the delivery costs in the event that the product does not conform to the specifications or in the event of a shortage in the order, etc. The customer bears the delivery costs for the arriving and returning orders.


 The amount is returned to the customer or the product is replaced with another product according to the customer’s desire.


 Return requests are not accepted in the following cases:

 In the event that the request is submitted after 7 days have passed from the date of receipt of the request by the customer.


 Makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products that have been opened in their original packaging cannot be returned.


 If the product includes a warranty period from the manufacturer and this period has expired.
